Our Commitment
At Rewaaj By Abeera, we take pride in the quality and purity of our handmade, cold-pressed organic hair blends. Each bottle is crafted with care to ensure the best results for your hair health. Given the personal and organic nature of our products, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to hygiene and the organic nature of our oils, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or after the product has been opened. We only accept exchange requests under the following conditions:
- Transit Damage: The product was received with a broken seal or leakage.
- Incorrect Item: You received a product different from the one you ordered.
- Defective Packaging: The spray pump or bottle cap is non-functional upon arrival.
⚠️ NOTE: An unboxing video is MANDATORY to claim any exchange for damaged or missing items. Claims without a clear video will not be entertained.
How to Process an Exchange
If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps within 24 hours of receiving your parcel:
- Step 1: Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 335 2865877) with your Order ID.
- Step 2: Share the unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product.
- Step 3: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
Please note that Rewaaj By Abeera follows a replacement-only policy. We do not offer cash refunds. In extreme cases where a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a store credit of the equivalent amount will be provided for your future purchases.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placement. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
