Processing & Shipping Times

We craft our oils in small, fresh batches to maintain peak potency. Please note the following timelines:

• Order Processing: All orders are confirmed and processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement.
• Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
• Peak Periods: During sales or holidays, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Charges

We aim to keep our delivery costs transparent and fair:

• Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee is applied based on your delivery city, which will be visible during checkout.
• Free Shipping: Occasional free shipping offers are available for orders exceeding a specific cart value, as mentioned on our homepage.

Order Tracking

Stay informed about your parcel's location. Once your order has been handed over to the courier company, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or Email. You can use this ID on the courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your parcel. Please ensure you provide an active contact number and complete address to avoid the parcel being returned to our facility.

Address Modifications

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a new location.
